Ostrich run over at Ludlow



The Shropshire Star says:

An ostrich was killed today after being struck by a car as it ran loose on a busy Shropshire road.

The large flightless bird was spotted on the A49 at Ludlow, at about 1.30pm.

And that's all it says.
