It's that time of the year again. The Liberal Democrat Blog of the Year Awards, run in conjunction with Lib Dem Voice, are back for a fourth year.br /br /The full details are on a href="http://www.libdemvoice.org/lib-dem-blog-of-the-year-awards-2009-15844.html"Liberal Democrat Voice/a, but this year there are six awards:br /ulliBest new Liberal Democrat blog (started since 1 September 2008)/liliBest blog from a Liberal Democrat holding public office (The Tim Garden Award)/liliBest use of blogging / social networking / e-campaigning by a Liberal Democrat/liliBest posting on a Liberal Democrat blog (since 1st September 2008)/liliBest non-Liberal Democrat politics blog/liliLiberal Democrat Blog of the Year/li/ulSince you ask, this blog has been shortlisted for the Blog of the Year each year so far, and never won it.br /br /One point... I hope the judges will spread the prizes more widely than a href="http://liberalengland.blogspot.com/2008/09/those-lib-dem-blog-of-year-award.html"last year/a. In particular, there is not a lot of point in giving the award for the best new blog to the same person who gets Blog of the Year.
